'twas the night before christmas.....

25 weeks!

our daughter!

we had an ultrasound today and found out that we are having a girl! we're thrilled to be having a daughter and also to find out that the ultrasound showed a healthy baby! the ultrasound was done partially in 3D so we got some pretty awesome shots, despite her refusal to move her hands completely away from her face!

First Day of School.

Tristan and Lucas are starting school today at Hunters Woods Preschool. They'll be attending Tues-Friday from 12:30 - 3:00. It's a co-op preschool so both Judd and Hillary will be "teachers" a few days a month! It's the same school that Uncle Tim went to 0ver 20 years ago!

First Karate Class.

Tristan and Lucas are doing 3 trial sessions of Karate classes this week to gage how ready they are for a full session of classes. Their first was this past Saturday morning and was a class with just the two of them an an instuctor. They had an absolute blast, but the instructor deemed them "borderline" and asked that they attend 2 classroom sessions with other kids before he makes his final decision.

4 year check ups.

Tristan and Lucas had their 4 year well child check ups today. They both weigh 40 pounds, are both 41 inches tall and I forget what their head circumfrences were but they are still in the 95th percentile. Their heights are 75th percentile and their weights are 90th percentile. I find it hard to believe that their weights are 90th percentile, they don't have a shred of fat on their bodies. They seem completely average to me!
